After a thorough investigation into recent instability, we have identified a single point of failure (SPOF) in our system, which we are addressing immediately and as fast as possible. Part of what makes us a unique and reliable provider is having full control of every process and system we incorporate, but today's events have shown us this is not the case. We are now performing updates in an isolated environment to address this and will follow up with our progress. These works will not cause any downtime or degradation to the website or API.
